Historical Uptime

Historical uptime data will be published once automated monitoring is in place. TandemPay's non-custodial architecture ensures merchant funds remain secure even during platform downtime.

Non-Custodial Resilience

Because settlements are enforced by smart contracts (not by TandemPay servers), your funds remain secure and accessible even if the TandemPay platform experiences downtime. Payment processing may be temporarily unavailable, but settled funds are always under your control.
