This policy describes how TandemPay handles information when you use tandempay.io. We sell licensed software to merchants, not to end consumers checking out on your store.

What we collect

Information you send us by email or through the merchant application form: contact details, store URLs, product category, revenue estimates, and anything you include in free-text fields.
Standard server logs if your host records them: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps.
Analytics data if you accept cookies and we have analytics enabled (see Cookies below).

How we use it

To respond to applications and support requests.
To quote fees, scope setup, and deliver the product you agreed to buy.
To understand site traffic and improve the marketing site when analytics is enabled.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email) who process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention

We keep correspondence and application details for as long as needed to operate the relationship and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you or request deletion of marketing correspondence by emailing us. Licence and billing records may need to be retained.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies on this marketing site. Checkout on your own WooCommerce stores is separate and governed by your policies.

Essential. Essential cookies remember your cookie preference so we do not ask every visit.
Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies and we have analytics configured, we load a privacy-focused analytics script to count visits and referrers. You can decline and the site still works.
Managing choice. Use the cookie banner to accept or decline analytics. Clear site data in your browser to reset your choice.
